The applicant is not satisfied with the rejection of the registration application of the "Jiashen" trademark (hereinafter referred to as the application trademark) No. 60155586 by our bureau, and applies to our bureau for reexamination. Our bureau accepted the case and the trial has been concluded.

The main reasons for the applicant's reexamination: the applied trademark is the original creation of the applicant, and does not constitute a similar trademark used on the same or similar goods with the "GIS JS" Trademark No. 14231845 (hereinafter referred to as the cited trademark) cited in the rejection decision. The applicant requests the preliminary examination and approval of the applied trademark. After reexamination, it is believed that there are differences between the applied trademark and the cited trademark in terms of text composition, call, etc., which do not constitute a similar trademark used on the same or similar goods. In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the Trademark Law of the people's Republic of China, our bureau has decided as follows: the application for the registration of a trademark on a re examined commodity shall be preliminarily examined and approved.
