Application conditions for Beijing specialized, refined, and new enterprise recognition

（1） Should be registered with Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce and have independent legal personality

（2） Conforming to the "Regulations on the Classification Standards for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianqi [2011] No. 300)

（3） Enterprises not included in the list of abnormal operations or serious dishonest entities

（4） Meet the evaluation and recognition criteria for the declared type of enterprise, including

1. Engaged in specific niche markets for at least 2 years.

2. The total R&D expenses of the previous year were not less than 1 million yuan and accounted for no less than 3% of the total operating revenue.

3. The total operating revenue of the previous year was above 10 million yuan, or the total operating revenue of the previous year was below 10 million yuan, but the total amount of newly added equity financing in the past two years (the actual amount paid by qualified institutional investors) has reached 20 million yuan or more.

4. If the evaluation score reaches 60 or above or meets one of the following conditions (you can contact Huaxia Taike to obtain a detailed scoring table):

A. In the past three years, I have received provincial-level science and technology awards and ranked among the top three award-winning units; Or obtain national level technology awards and rank among the top five award-winning units.

B. The average total R&D expenses in the past two years have been over 10 million yuan.

C. In the past two years, the total amount of newly added equity financing (paid in by qualified institutional investors) has exceeded 60 million yuan.

D. In the past three years, we have been included in the list of the national top 500 enterprises in the "Maker China" SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

2、 Benefits of applying for specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises

2. Enterprise Value: Becoming a specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise can increase its visibility and enhance market competitiveness

3. Specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are a prerequisite for applying for specialized, refined, and innovative small giants

3、 Precautions for specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises

The recognized Beijing specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises are valid for 3 years and will be reviewed upon expiration. During the validity period, Beijing specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises need to update their enterprise information through the cultivation platform before April 30th each year. If they fail to update their enterprise information in a timely manner, their review qualification will be cancelled. If there are significant changes in the enterprise, it is necessary to fill out a major change report form through the cultivation platform within 3 months. If the report is not reported in a timely manner within 3 months, the review qualification will be cancelled or the recognition will be directly cancelled.

During the validity period, if Beijing specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises encounter major security (including network security and data security), quality, environmental pollution, or serious violations such as dishonesty and tax evasion, or are found to have falsified data, their recognition will be directly cancelled, and they will not be allowed to reapply for at least three years.
